Set in the intimate and welcoming ambiance of The Cook's Station, this collaboration dinner will showcase the creativity, passion, and expertise of two renowned chefs.

Prepare to indulge in a specially curated multi-course menu that highlights seasonal ingredients, innovative techniques, and a fusion of each chef’s unique style. Welcome Chef's Amuse Bouche 

1st- Seared Diver scallop and crab, puff pastry wrap with Bechamel

2nd- Winter Salad- cucumber wrapped greens, bleu cheese lollipop, apple bacon dressing, sunflower seed dust 

3rd- Fresh Tagliatelle pasta Duck confit ragu

4th- Braised short ribs, nutty gremolata, duchess potato, cauliflower and carrot puree

5th- Toffee pudding cake, sweet potato ice cream
