Elevate Your Dishes with Flavorful Finishes. Sauces are the start of many of your favorite dishes, so learn how to master these important sauces. In this class Chef Craig Kuhns will guide you through making 3 basic sauces that will elevate all aspects of your meals. He will show you how to make a vinaigrette, a bechamel sauce which will turn into a mornay, and a raspberry coulis. By learning these basics, you can make so many other variations!

You will enjoy 3 courses all highlighting a different sauce.

1st: Truffle vinaigrette with seasonal salad with roasted winter squash and pumpkin seeds
2nd: Béchamel sauce with grated cheese (Mornay) with sauteed shrimp with seasonal vegetables
3rd: Cherry galette with raspberry coulis
