In this class Chef Craig Kuhns will guide you through making 3 basic sauces that will elevate all aspects of your meals. He will show you how to make a vinaigrette, a bechamel sauce which will turn into a mornay, and a raspberry coulis. By learning these basics, you can make so many other variations! Enjoy 3 courses of salad, pasta and a sweet treat.
