Roll up your sleeves and get ready to master the art of fresh pasta! In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Tazia Young will guide you through the fundamentals of making pasta from scratch, from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling, shaping, and cutting it into classic styles. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you the confidence to craft fresh, restaurant-quality pasta in your own kitchen.

The menu for the evening will start with a delicious mixed green salad with our house-made Olivelle dressing, house-made focaccia bread & fresh pasta topped with a marinara pasta sauce. Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.  Each participant will also make a small batch of pasta to take home with them.
