Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Sicily! Chef Vince Bienish will take you on a journey through five expertly crafted courses, each inspired by the bold, rustic flavors of Sicilian cuisine. Complementing each dish, our bar manager, Devin Byrne, will guide us through a thoughtfully curated selection of Sicilian wines, enhancing the experience with insights into the region’s winemaking heritage.

The Sicilian-Inspired Menu

  • Zuppa – White bean soup with sausage and pillowy gnocchi
  • Arancini – Crispy arborio rice ball filled with fresh mozzarella and ham, served with a roasted cherry tomato sauce
  • Pasta alla Norma – Fresh pasta tossed with roasted eggplant and a braised tomato and onion sauce
  • Farsu Magru – Tenderized flat beef rolled with bacon, breadcrumbs, cheese, ham, garlic, and herbs, then cooked to perfection
  • Semifreddo – A luscious, creamy Italian frozen dessert

Each dish will be perfectly paired with a hand-selected Sicilian wine, showcasing the vibrant flavors and deep history of the region.
