Pasta Sauces: White Edition 2/10/2025

Chef Tazia will teach you how to make 3 incredible white based pasta sauces from scratch. You will then enjoy each sauce served over fresh pasta. A salad will also be served with dinner along with two glasses of wine.
You will learn to make truffle cream sauce, white wine sauce & cacio e pepe.
