Spring berry salad

This flavorful spring berry salad recipe pairs adds that pop of color to the plate. For a fun twist, use a scooped out grapefruit as a bowl. This sweet healthy treat is sure to be a hit on your table.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons Lime Juice (you can use orange juice too)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 – 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 quart Strawberries, quartered
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 4 Kiwis, peeled & sliced

DIRECTIONS

Mix the dressing: whisk together lime juice, honey and sugar.

Make the salad:
In a medium bowl, toss together strawberries, blueberries and kiwis. Pour lime dressing over and toss to coat. Let sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
