Prep Time: 2 Hours
- 3 tablespoons Lime Juice (you can use orange juice too)
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 – 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 quart Strawberries, quartered
- 1 pint Blueberries
- 4 Kiwis, peeled & sliced
Mix the dressing: whisk together lime juice, honey and sugar.
Make the salad:
In a medium bowl, toss together strawberries, blueberries and kiwis. Pour lime dressing over and toss to coat. Let sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
