I love making this Sicilian Herb Crostini Recipe this time of year. It is an easy appetizer for this Labor Day weekend.
1 loaf French Baguette
1 package Wind & Sicilian Herb Dip Mix
½ red bell pepper, cut in slivers
1 8oz package cream cheese
2 TBS sour cream
Slice baguette into ¼ inch slices, brush on both sides with olive oil and bake at 250 degrees for 10 mins.
Mix the dip mix with cream cheese and sour cream (instead of directions on package).
Spread the dip mix on each crostini and place a sliver of red pepper on each.
Place under broiler for 5 mins to heat cheese mixture. Serve.
