Pizza isn’t just for dinner. Make up this White Chocolate Amaretto Pizza Recipe for a fun dessert.
Wind & Willow White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp butter, softened
Raspberry ice cream syrup
Nutella, warmed so it can go in a squeeze bottle
Preheat oven to 350. Roll out sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured sheet pan and bake for about 8-10 minutes.
Beat Wind & Willow White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball & Dessert Mix (topping used later), cream cheese, and butter until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture on slightly cooled cookie dough and drizzle raspberry syrup and melted Nutella over top.
Sprinkle with almonds from topping packet. Cut into squares and serve.
