Thanksgiving has come and gone but all of your leftover Turkey has not. Here is a delicious Turkey Chili Recipe to help find yummy ways to tackle leftovers.
1 package Wind & Willow Chili Pepper Cheeseball Appetizer Mix
2 tbs olive oil
2lbs ground turkey (or chopped leftovers)
1 sweet onion finely chopped
2 green bell peppers finely chopped
1 can black beans
1 can corn 1 can tomato sauce
1 bag Tostitos
1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 bag shredded Mexican style cheeses
sour cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Place olive oil in dutch oven and add in chopped onions & pepper and cook about 5-7 mins. Add ground turkey (or chopped leftovers) & Wind & Willow Chili Pepper mix to peppers and onions.
Cook turkey through and add can of tomatoes, black beans & corn. Let simmer for at least 30 mins.
Place chili in Tostito cup and top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes & sour cream (if desired).
