TORTILLA SOUP RECIPE
1 can (15 oz) black beans
2 cups unsalted chicken stock
1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded chicken
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 oz)
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
In a 3-quart saucepan, mix pans, stock, tomatoes, chicken and taco seasoning mix. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend flavors.
Serve with cheese and tortilla chips.
