SPRING BERRY SALAD RECIPE
Prep Time: 2 Hours
3 tablespoons Lime Juice (you can use orange juice too)
1 tablespoon Honey
1/2 – 1 tablespoon Sugar
1 quart Strawberries, quartered
1 pint Blueberries
4 Kiwis, peeled & sliced
Mix the dressing: whisk together lime juice, honey and sugar.
Make the salad: in a medium bowl, toss together strawberries, blueberries and kiwis. Pour lime dressing over and toss to coat. Let sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
