A gin and tonic recipe isn’t what we typically think of when we think “winter cocktail” – but we think breaking traditional cocktail guidelines is quite fun! The pairing of grapefruit and rosemary takes this classic cocktail to a whole new level and creates a light and refreshing drink to balance out some of those other heavy holiday cocktails *ahem* did someone say eggnog?
