Roasted Tomato Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Stay warm this new year by sipping up a bowl of this Roasted Tomato Pumpkin Soup Recipe.


8 cups roasted tomatoes

2 cups can pumpkin

6 cups chicken stock

2 Tbsp Trimix

2 Tbsp Garlic

2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sugar ( start with 2 Tbsp, add more total the )

Chicken base to taste

Beef base to taste

1 Tbsp Basil

1 Tbsp Thyme

Finish with olive oil


Make sure tomatoes are peeled , add all ingredients in a sauce pot and cook for 30 – 40 min until nice and hot Blend together, check seasoning and serve with your favorite grilled cheese.
