Layered Raspberry Salsa Nacho Dip Recipe

Try this Layered Raspberry Salsa Nacho Dip Recipe for a refreshing summer dip alternative to more traditional seven layer varieties.

Ingredients:


16 oz refried beans

1 lb ground chuck

1 package taco seasoning

1 ½ cups Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa

16 oz sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded

½ cup black olives, chopped

½ cup green onions, chopped

As desired, jalapeno peppers

Directions:

Use a 13x 9 inch or 8×8 inch cake pan. Begin with first layer – use beans and spread out on bottom of the pan.

.Second layer – brown ground chuck and add seasonings, spread over beans.

Third layer – Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Salsa spread over ground chuck

Fourth layer – spread sour cream over salsa. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, black olives and green onions over top.

Garnish with jalapenos if desired.
