Layered Avocado Shakes Recipe

This layered avocado shakes recipe is vegan! With 3 different recipes you will find a flavor you love or hopefully 2 to layer. Avocado in shakes might sound a little weird at first, but the avocado is really in there to keep you full, add in the good fats, and thicken and creamy up the shakes. Move over avocado toast, shakes are taking over as our favorite breakfast or snack. So colorful and yummy, everyone might forget they are even healthy!

LAYERED AVOCADO SHAKES RECIPE

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 2-4

INGREDIENTS
For the Chocolate Layer:
1 Avocado, cubed and frozen *
1 cup Milk (Soy, Almond, your choice)
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1-2 teaspoons Stevia, or to taste
Pinch Salt

For the Strawberry Layer:
1 Avocado, cubed and frozen *
6 Strawberries, sliced and frozen
1 cup Milk (Soy, Almond, your choice)

For the Mint Layer:
1 Avocado, cubed and frozen*
1 cup Milk (Soy, Almond, your choice)
1-2 teaspoons Stevia, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon Mint Extract

DIRECTIONS
For any of the recipes to the left, simply throw all ingredients into a NutriBullet or blender and blend until smooth.

To layer, make two recipes separately and then alternately pour into cups, in 2-3 layers each. Drink immediately and enjoy!
