16 10” flour tortillas
8oz softened cream cheese
1 cup Lowcountry Produce Garlic Pepper Jelly (available at The Cooks Station)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pineapple peeled, cored and crushed (or 2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained)
¼ cup melted butter
Heat grill to medium.
Arrange 8 tortillas on work surface.
Spread cream cheese over tortillas.
Top with Lowcountry Produce Garlic Pepper Jelly, cheddar cheese and pineapple.
Place remaining tortillas on top. Brush both sides with melted butter.
Grill 4-5 mins per side. Cut into wedges and serve.
