Fast vs Slow Soups

Craving a warm winter soup to pair with this crisp, cool weather?  Whether you can find the time to prep in the morning or prefer to quickly throw dinner together in the PM, we’ve got an effortless recipe for you that will fit your schedule and your taste buds!

FAST SOUP: BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP.

This butternut squash soup is easy and quick to prepare using the pressure cooker setting of your insta pot of choice.  Then, use a Hand Blender to blend the soup to puree while still in the pot.  The soup will be ready to serve warm without the need to transfer into a blender.  Finally, garnishes can be added before the soup hits the dining table!  Thank you Malibu Kitchen for this tasty soup!

SLOW SOUP: BEEF SOUP BY SLOW COOKING.

By usinga Multi-Cooker, you will be able to first brown the meat and onions before adding the remaining ingredients and turning your multi-cooker to the slow cooker setting.  This allows you to cook the stew while going about your day, no need to tend to the pot or be present while cooking!  Thank you to The Healthy Foodie for this clean and hearty stew!
