Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

Tailgating Cooking Class

Thursday, September 13th  6 – 8 PM

Tailgating time is here! We’re going to show you how you can up your game. Chef Lonnie will show us how you can become the most popular tailgate around. His delicious wings with various homemade sauces paired with a big bowl of Texas chili will leave all of your friends hanging out under your tent. But wait, there’s more….Grilled donuts w/ a berry glaze! You may never make it into the game. Classes are informal, dress casual. Two glasses of wine along with other beverages served with your meal. Cost for this class is $45/person.

Regional Tuscan Cuisine Cooking Class

Monday, September 17th  6 – 8 PM

In this hands-on class Chef Sandra will take us to the Tuscan region of Italy where you will recreate some of Tuscany’s finest cuisine. Menu for the evening to include Gnocchi Ignudi w/ tomato sauce, Sage stuffed chicken rollantini w/ mushrooms in amaretto sauce, and to complete the meal Poached pears w/ mascarpone honey cream. Two glasses of wine are included with your meal along with other beverage options. Classes are informal, come hungry and ready for a great evening out! $45.00/person

New American Cooking Class

Thursday, September 20th  6 – 8 PM

Shrimp Po Boy Sliders, Italian Herb Roasted Chicken with Pesto Ramen, and Bananas Foster Pudding…Interested yet? That’s the menu for our New American class. New American cuisine is all about fusion and expression through food. In this class we will fuse a few cultures together; Cajun, Asian, Italian, and Southern.Classes are informal, please dress comfortably. Quick and Easy Chicken Weeknight Meals Cooking Class

Monday, September 24th  6 – 8 PM

Whats for Dinner? How many times have we cringed when we hear those few words. You have approximately 30 minutes to get a weeknight meal put on the table….what do you do? Chef Lonnie will share with give you several tips on serving your family delicious meals that are quick and easy for those busy weeknights. In this hands-on class you will make 3 main dishes that will satisfy that dreaded question. Menu to include Rotisserie Chicken Gumbo, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Grilled Chicken Enchilada w/ white sauce. Classes are informal, dress casual. Two glasses of wine will be served along with other beverages. Cost for the class is $45/person

Sushi Cooking Class

Thursday, September 27th  6 – 8 PM

Description:In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. Two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. Two glasses of wine will be provided along with other beverages. Classes are informal, dress casual, and be prepared to have a fun night out. $45/person

Flavors of Fall Cooking Class

Monday, October 1st 6 – 8 PM 

There is more to Fall than just Spiced Pumpkin! Join Chef Cynthia as she takes all those wonderful Fall flavors and creates a spectacular menu of Flavorful Fall salad, Butternut squash and pumpkin soup, Flatbread w/ marinated beef topped with pumpkin salsa, and mini pumpkin cranberry cheesecakes. This is a hands on class. Dress comfortably and come expecting to have a great night out! Wine and other beverages will be served with you meal. Cost is $45/person. Cake Decorating (4 week course )

Thursday, October 4th, 11th, 18, 25th 6 – 8 PM each evening

Description: In this in depth set of classes we will build on what you have learned in our Cake Decorating 101 class. (It is not required that you previously taken the beginner cake decorating class ) Classes will be held every Thursday evening beginning Thursday, October 4th and ending Thursday, October 25th. You will learn how to decorate cakes with different Buttercream icing techniques. Learn how to master your buttercream icing consistency, color the icing, and how to assemble your decorating bags and tips. We will teach you how to prep your cake to ensure a good base for the icing and decorations. Cupcakes are a fun way to celebrate special occasions so we will teach a few different designs that will take your cupcakes to the next level. We will teach you how to achieve both traditional and modern designs with several different piping elements such as polka-dots, shapes and fancy scroll work with impressive results. These classes will conclude with buttercream flowers and these easy simple-to-pipe flowers will be a beautiful addition to all your cakes and cupcakes. By the end of this 4 week course you will feel confident in your decorating skills (only problem is once your friends find out what you can do, you will be in great demand!) Cost for the 4 week course is $165.00 per person

Italian Risotto Cooking Class

Tuesday, October 16th 6 – 8 PM

Description: Risotto is considered to be the comfort food of Italians. In this hands on class, Chef Lonnie will teach you how to achieve the perfect risotto as together you create a meal consisting of Baby greens w/ balsamic, crouton, and risotto, Seared chicken breast w/ lemon caper risotto, and caramel risotto w/ sweet oranges. Wine and other beverages will be served with your meal. Class are informal, dress casual, and come expecting a great night out. Cost is $45/person. Couples Cooking Class (The Gourmet Foodie)

Tuesday, October 23rd  6 – 8 PM 

Description: After a Oyster salad appetizer Chef Lonnie will teach you how to cook a flawless beef Wellington, a beautiful steak filet coated in pate and mushrooms and wrapped in flaky buttery pastry. Side dishe for the evening will be grilled asparagus with balsamic and parmesan. Chef will be sharing many culinary tips throughout the evening. Wine and other beverages will be served. You will finish the evening with chocolate pound cake topped with strawberries and cream. Cost for this class is $120.00 per couple.
