Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

Holiday Cookie Decorating Class

Tuesday, November 13th 6 – 8 PM 

In this hands on class you will learn the art of decorating cookies. The Chef will teach you how to prepare the icing and give you several decorating tips and techniques. Each participant will have 6 cookies, 3 different holiday designs, which will give you one practice cookie and one “masterpiece cookie” per design. Wine and other beverages will be served along with light appetizers. $45/person

Sushi Making Class

Tuesday, November 20th 6 – 7:30 PM 

Description:In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. Two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. Two glasses of wine will be provided along with other beverages. Classes are informal, dress casual, and be prepared to have a fun night out. $45/person

Holiday Entertaining Appetizers Cooking Class

Monday, November 26th 6 – 7:30 PM 

Start your Holiday party off in a most delicious way with a presentation of some of the most elegant appetizers. In this hands-on cooking class Chef Sandra will share with up several appetizers that you can easily do at home. You will be hands-on in the kitchen with Chef as you create a menu of Grilled Shrimp Arugola Pesto, Chicken Liver Mousse Crostini, Capresina Salad on Skewer, Chicken Salad on Endive, Brie Bacon Onion Tartlets, Tirami Su in shot glasses. Classes are informal, wine and other beverages will be served. Cost for class is $45/person.

Not your Mothers Chicken Cooking Class

Tuesday, January 15th 6 – 8 PM 

Fried chicken is great but let’s change it up a bit! Chef Lonnie will share with you several tips on serving your family delicious meals that are quick and easy for those busy weeknights. In this hands-on class you will make 3 main dishes that will satisfy any mouth. Menu to include Rotisserie Chicken Gumbo, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Grilled Chicken Enchilada w/ white sauce. Classes are informal, dress casual. Two glasses of wine will be served along with other beverages. Cost for the class is $45/person

Kids Only “Warm me up” Meals Cooking Class

Saturday, January 19th 10 PM – 12 PM 

In this hands-on class your child will learn how to create some comforting and warming “Winter” meals for their family. Menu to include Shepard’s Pie and Potato Soup. Cost is $30/child

Biscuit Making Class

Thursday, January 24th  6 – 8 PM

Chef Teryi will walk you through each step of the biscuit making process giving us tips and pointers on creating the most delicious batch of biscuits. You will then get hands on experience while you create your own batch of fluffy, delicious biscuits. Sausage, gravy, and a mixture of gourmet jams will be served as your meal, along with Bloody Mary and other beverages.

Tuscan Cooking Class

Monday, January 28th  6 – 8 PM

In this hands-on class Chef Sandra will take us to the Tuscan region of Italy where you will recreate some of Tuscany’s finest cuisine. Menu for the evening to include Ricotta parmesan souffle w/ butternut cream, Sausage and parmesan polenta w/ seedless grape sauce, and to finish a Lemon raspberry tiramisu. Two glasses of wine are included with your meal along with other beverage options. Classes are informal, come hungry and ready for a great evening out! $45.00/person

Teen/Pre-Teen Valentine  Cookie Decorating Class

Saturday, February 9th  10 AM- 12 PM

Chef Dana will teach your child the art of cookie decorating. We will be decorating 3 different style cookies. Consistency of icing and technique using piping bags will be covered during the class. Cost for this class is $30/child Ages 10 and up preferred.

 Valentine  Cookie Decorating Class

Monday, February 11th  6 – 8 PM

Chef Dana will be teaching you the art of cooking decorating. From getting your icing the right consistency to piping and outlining your cookie – you will create several “masterpieces” that will delight your family and friends. Light appetizer and wine will be served during the class. Cost is $45/person

Couples Valentine Day Cooking Class

Thursday, February 14th  6 – 8 PM

The couple that cooks together, stays together! Join us Valentines evening for what Chef Sandra calls, a fruity, but sexy, meal! In this hands on class you will be working along side of your love creating a meal together of Strawberry balsamic risotto, red wine & blueberry braised short ribs, Roasted honey herb rainbow vegetables, Raspberry chocolate individual trifle. Wine and other beverages will be included with you meal. Cost of class is $150.00/ couple

Couples Valentine Cooking Class

Saturday, February 16th  7 – 9 PM

Chef Lonnie will be in the kitchen, with your help, creating a gourmet meal of Lobster salad (Chef will give you tips on picking out your lobster and show you how to boil) and stuffed London Broil. To finish up the evening we will be making a chocolate pound cake with strawberry topping. So, grab the love of your life and join us in the kitchen for a great. Wine and other beverages will be served. Cost for this class is $125.00 per couple.

Soups and Stews Cooking Class

Thursday, February 21st  7 – 9 PM

This time of year, we have already had many cold winter nights and we know nothing warms the bones like a good bowl of soup.  In this hands on class Chef Lonnie will share a few of his favorite soups and stews with us. We will prepare together corn and crab chowder, San Mariano tomato soup, and beef stew. Wine and other beverages will be provided with your meal. Cost is $45/person

Tuscan Cooking Class

Tuesday, February 26th  6 – 8  PM

In this hands-on class Chef Sandra will take us to the Tuscan region of Italy where you will recreate some of Tuscany’s finest cuisine. Menu for the evening to include Mushroom & fontina tart, Balsamic tomato slow cooked pork shoulder, Creamy parmesan polenta, Citrus gelato w/ semi freddo in a lemon shell. Two glasses of wine are included with your meal along with other beverage options. Classes are informal, come hungry and ready for a great evening out! $45.00/person
