Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

Soups and Stews Cooking  Class

Tuesday, November 7th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

It’s the time of the year for hearty Soups and Stews! Join Chef Cynthia in the kitchen as we create some classic soup and stew’s with a twist of Cynthia goodness thrown in! Menu to include Roasted pumpkin tomato soup shooters with grilled cheese, Turkey and sausage stew w/ Grandma Pearls cornbread, brothy chicken soup and flatbread. $45/person

Holiday Cookie Baking and Decorating  Class

Monday, November 27th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Ever wanted to do those beautiful Christmas cut out cookies but they just never turned out quite right? Chef Teryi will give us tips to create some beautiful cookies you would be proud to give away or serve at a party. We will be making batches of gingerbread and sugar cookie dough to cut out and decorate with royal icing. $45/person

Sushi Cooking  Class

Thursday, January 11th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. $45/person

Italian Meatball and Sauce  Cooking  Class

Tuesday, January 16th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this hands on class, Chef Tony Trapasso will be sharing recipes passed down in this family from generation to generation for Italian meatball, sauce and cheese bread. We will finish the evening off with chocolate chip Canoli’s. Cost is $45/person

Kids Only “Warm me Up” Meals Cooking  Class

Saturday, January 20th   10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

In this hands-on class your child will learn how to create some comforting and warming “Winter” meals for their family. Menu to include Shepard’s Pie and Potato Soup. Cost is $30/child

Sauces 101  Cooking  Class

Tuesday, January 23rd  6:00 – 8:00 PM

A great sauce can add so much to a ordinary meal. In this class you will learn basic sauce making skills. We will cover 4 different sauces beginning with a basic meat sauce using what you may find in your refrigerator, a Bearnaise sauce to spruce up that steak or veggie side, Alfredo sauce for the Italian in all of us, and of course the classic Picatto. You will be served a generous tasting of each of these sauces along with meats and veggies that go with each. Cost is $45.00 per person

“Southern Food Done Right”  Cooking  Class

Thursday, January 25th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Michele Benton (Chef Meme) will be with us in the kitchen for this hands-on Southern meal. You will learn how to master some of the South’s favorite down home recipes. Menu to include Black eye pea salad, Fried green tomato, Shrimp and gravy over grits
Cheddar garlic biscuits. Cost is $45/person
