Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

It’s All Greek To Me Cooking Class

Thursday, September 7th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Join us in this fun, interactive hands on class while we will explore some of the simpler, delicious Greek dishes that are healthy, quick and easy to prepare. Menu to consist of
Tzatziki dip ( yougurt, cucumber, mint and garlic), grilled chicken and lemon skewers (mini chicken skewers with a lemon thyme marinade), traditional Greek salad, lamb and feta burgers served on a brioche bun, and for the finish Baklava with filo dough, walnuts and local honey a wonderful traditional Greek sweet treat. $45/person

Apple Orchard Cooking Class

Thursday, September 14th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

It’s all about the apples in this class! From the apple martini appetizer to the dessert we will have a taste of apple in every course along the way. Join us for this fun, hands-on class where Chef Cynthia will bring the Apple Orchard to us. $45/person

Cooking and Weight Loss  Class (the natural way)

Sunday, September 17th  5:00 – 7:00 PM

Join Brenda Baker, Naturopath, and Chef Cynthia for a fun evening learning how Homeopathic, Botanical and Nutritional techniques can lead to fast and lasting weight loss results. Chef Cynthia will use her talents to create tasty delights you can use to impress your family or favorite guest, they will never know you’re watching the scale! Brenda will teach on natural approaches to ending the forever weight battle and how hormones can sabotage your weight loss results..(a menu will be incorporated as well) $45/person

Vegetarian Cooking Class

Tuesday, September 19th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Selena will be bringing us tips on living a vegetarian lifestyle. In this hands-on class you will create a meal of Baked garlic herb tortilla w/pesto dip, Barbeque Baked Tofu, Sautéed garlic green-beans & carrots, Spanish red rice, and finish it off with Banana Pudding. $45/person

Sushi Cooking Class

Thursday, September 21st  6:00 – 7:30 PM

In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. $45/person

Girls Night Out Cooking Class

Kids are back in school, Holidays are fast approaching, it’s time for a night out with the girls! Join us for a fun time in the kitchen as we prepare heavy appetizers with Chef Cynthia and of course, that signature drink! $45/person

Nora Fleming Meet and Greet

Friday, October 6th  1:00 – 3:00 PM

Nora Fleming, creater of those wonderful serving pieces and home decor items everyone loves, will be at The Cook’s Station on Friday afternoon October 6th from 1-3 PM signing all pieces purchased that day. You will also receive a limited edition mini with each platter/base piece purchased.
We are pre-selling 4 of her most popular items, the square platter, rectangular platter, candy/napkin holder, and the bread tray. To insure availability of platters, and the limited edition mini, please purchase your piece when signing up for this event. Jr. Chef  “Fall Treats” Cooking Class Ages 8 – 13

Autumn Dinner Party Cooking Class

Paella Cooking Class

Tuesday, October 17th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Alba Sunyer is well known for her Mediterranean cooking. Join her as she shares with us the the authentic way of creating Mixed Paella. You’ll be ready to impress your friends when you present this dish at your next dinner party! Scrumptious Fall Pies Cooking Class

Monday, October 23rd  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Katie will take you through the steps to create two irresistible pies; one savory and one sweet using fresh local produce. Savory pie: melt in the mouth flaky pastry filled with bacon, sausage, onion, tomatoes and fresh herbs. Sweet Pie: Apple and blackberry pie with made from scratch hot creamy custard (English style) $45/person

Chopped “Spooktacular” Dinner Challenge

Friday, October 27th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Join us for The Cook’s Station version of “Chopped” You will be in divided up into 4 groups with each group doing one course of the meal. You must use all “spooktacular” ingredients provided. (Chef will be on hand for assistance). At the end of each course the other participants will vote for taste, creativity, and presentation. At the end of the evening the winning group will each receive a gift basket of foodie fun and a gift certificate for a future cooking class. $45/person

Butchering 101 Class

Monday, October 30th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Discover a new set of skills as our expert chef instructor guides you though the processes of butchering various types of meat and fish. We’ll take you through the process of preparing, cutting and cleaning meat and fish. You will also learn how to maintain your knife to ensure stealth, clean cuts. After leaving the class you should have a firm understanding of how to butcher several types of meats. Each participant will take home a whole chicken that you butchered for later use. Menu for the evening will be beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes, and salad. $45/person
