Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

Paella Cooking Class

Tuesday, October 17th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Alba Sunyer is well known for her Mediterranean cooking. Join her as she shares with us the the authentic way of creating Mixed Paella. You’ll be ready to impress your friends when you present this dish at your next dinner party! Menu: Mixed Paella to include chicken, pork, monkfish, squid, mussels/clams; appetizers, and Catalan Crème for dessert. $45/person

Scrumptious Fall Pies Cooking Class

Monday, October 23rd  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Katie will take you through the steps to create two irresistible pies; one savory and one sweet using fresh local produce. Savory pie: melt in the mouth flaky pastry filled with bacon, sausage, onion, tomatoes and fresh herbs. Sweet Pie: Apple and blackberry pie with made from scratch hot creamy custard (English style) $45/person

Chopped “Spooktacular” Dinner Challenge

Friday, October 27th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Join us for The Cook’s Station version of “Chopped” You will be in divided up into 4 groups with each group doing one course of the meal. You must use all “spooktacular” ingredients provided. (Chef will be on hand for assistance). At the end of each course the other participants will vote for taste, creativity, and presentation. At the end of the evening the winning group will each receive a gift basket of foodie fun and a gift certificate for a future cooking class. $45/person

Butchering 101 Class

Monday, October 30th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Discover a new set of skills as our expert chef instructor guides you though the processes of butchering various types of meat and fish. We’ll take you through the process of preparing, cutting and cleaning meat and fish. You will also learn how to maintain your knife to ensure stealth, clean cuts. After leaving the class you should have a firm understanding of how to butcher several types of meats. Each participant will take home a whole chicken that you butchered for later use. Menu for the evening will be beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes, and salad. $45/person

Knife Skills Class

Saturday, November 4th    2:00 – 2:45  PM

Two classes will be offered. Chef John will be teaching skills such as pinch grip, claw hold, honing, knife maintenance, and sharpening. He will help you identify all knife uses for specific task, finishing with the slicing process to help us all be ready for the holiday season. We will be tasting and slicing roasted Turkey Breast and Beef Roast. Chef John will be available to answer any questions you have regarding cutlery. $5.00/person

Dining with Royalty Cooking  Class

Tuesday, November 14th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Join Chef Kate for a fun evening and listen to her stories of life as a chef in a British Aristocratic Household. Sample some of the tastes and flavors that would be served on typical day in one of the most splendid Elizabethan houses in England, Burghley House, Lincolnshire. Chef Kate will serve a tasty selection of bite sized morsels to give you a real flavor of some of the favored foods in a large Stately English household. Re-charge Those Leftovers Cooking  Class

Thursday, November 16th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

How many in your family refuse to eat leftovers? In this hands-on class you will learn how to re-boot those leftovers and by magic yesterday’s turkey is now transformed into a yummy panini. Those mashed potatoes take on a whole new look after adding a few ingredients to them. All those veggies combined would make a great stir fry! Join us as we share tips to make any leftovers suddenly become another gourmet meal. Those family members that wouldn’t touch leftovers before will be waiting for your next creation at mealtime! $45/person

Holiday Cookie Baking and Decorating  Class

Monday, November 27th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Ever wanted to do those beautiful Christmas cut out cookies but they just never turned out quite right? Chef Teryi will give us tips to create some beautiful cookies you would be proud to give away or serve at a party. We will be making batches of gingerbread and sugar cookie dough to cut out and decorate with royal icing. $45/person
