Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

French Cooking Class

Tuesday, May 30th  6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Join Chef Teryi Youngblood in this hands on French cooking class. You will work with the Chef in creating this gourmet meal of Tartiflette, Nararin of Lamb, and Madeleines w/ jam. $45/person

Food Network Star Cooking Class

Thursday, June 8th  6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

We have all watched cooking shows and wished we could whip up a meal just like the star Chefs do. Well, now you can! Chef Lonnie will take us on a “star tour” as we create a menu taken straight from some of the best. We will re-create Roasted Shrimp w/ toasted Garlic and Red Chili Oil (Bobby Flay), Brussels Sprouts (Anne Burell), Herb Marinated Pork Tenderloins (Ina Garten), Polenta (Alton Brown), Sautéed Pineapple w/ Honey and Pinenuts (Giada De Laurentiis). Chef Lonnie will share some secrets that all the “stars” know. $45/person

Kids Only Advanced Cooking Class

It’s Summer time – time for your kids to get involved in family meal time. In this hands-on class we will be making the classic Baked Spaghetti, along with a Roasted Vegetable Medley, and and for dessert Mini Zeppoles. $30/Child

Pasta Cooking Class

Tuesday, June 13th 6:00 to 8:00 PM

This class is for the pasta lover in all of us. Come and see how easy it is to make your own fresh pasta. You’ll never go back to the boxed stuff again! Chef Mary Katherine will help you create a meal of Homemade Ricotta, Stuffed Ravioli, Spaghetti Carbonara, and Fried Ravioli w/ Chocolate Filling $45/person

Foodie Fun w/ Dad Cooking Class

Thursday, June 15th 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Chef Cynthia will be with us in the kitchen and she’s bringing her Dad to help her out! Join us for this “foodie fun with Dad” cooking class where we will be working together to create a menu of Busta Burger Sliders, Fish Fry, Home Fry Potatoes, Country Cole Slaw, and some good old fashioned Nana Pudding! Teens Only Cooking Class

Chef Mary Katherine will inspire your teen with this hands-on cooking class. You will create a South of the Border menu of Chicken Enchiladis, Mexican Rice Pilaf, and Homemade Guacamole. $30/person

Cajun Cooking Class

Thursday, June 22nd 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Close your eyes and come on down to the deep South! In this class Chef Lonnie will be bringing the Bayou to the Upstate! You will begin your evening with the classic Hurricane Cocktail, them moving on to create a menu of Shrimp Remoulade, Classic Gumbo, and finishing up with Bananas Foster. $45/person

Cooking W/ Preschoolers Cooking Class

Monday, June 26th  10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Cooking with preschoolers is all about having fun in the kitchen. Your child will become familiar with the basics of cooking while having fun creating a menu of colorful toast, marshmallow pops, chocolate dirt cup, and banana muffins. One parent is encouraged to stay with your child but not necessary. Cost is $25/child

Pizza, Wings, and Beer Cooking Class

Tuesday, June 27th  6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Join Chef Addison as we learn the basics of making homemade pizza and baked chicken wings. Why go out when you can have a pizza party at home with your friends? Oh, and did I mention beer? Upstate Craft Beer Company on Augusta will be providing Growlers for the evening. $45/person

Around the World Vegan Style Cooking Class

Sunday, July 9th  5:00 – 7:00 PM

Vegan Instructor Lauren Vaught will be at The Cook’s Station for this “Around the World” Vegan meal. Join her for a fun, interactive, hands-on time as you prepare a meal from around the World. We will begin in Italy with our appetizer of massaged kale bruschetta, then on to the Asian Continent for lettuce cups, traveling further to the Mediterranean for our main course, Moussaka My Way. We will end our travels back in Paradise with a sweet potato chocolate cake and ice cream. $45/person

Sushi Cooking Class

Tuesday, July 11th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. $45/person

Paella Cooking Class

Tuesday, July 25th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Chef Alba Sunyer is well known for her Mediterranean cooking. Join her as she shares with us the the authentic way of creating Mixed Paella. You’ll be ready to impress your friends when you present this dish at your next dinner party! Menu: Mixed Paella to include chicken, pork, monkfish, squid, mussels/clams; appetizers, and Catalan Crème for dessert. $45/person

Summer Salads Cooking Class

Thursday, July 27th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Those hot summer days are just around the corner. Join Chef Tiffany for this hands-on class where you will create 4 different summer salads. We will begin with a cold refreshing cocktail, Strawberry Basil Lemonade. Menu to include Thai Cole Slaw, Spinach Cucumber Dill, Tuna Avocado, Fruit Medley, and to finish it off Apple Zucchini Muffins. $45/person
