Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

The Great British Summer Garden Party Cooking Class

Monday, July 9th  6:00 – 8:00

Picture yourself at a country side garden party in England. In this hands on class Chef Kate will show us some of the most popular menu selections you may be served at one of these events. You will hands on help to prepare a wonderful menu of petite sandwiches, raspberry mille feuille, lemon mascapone mouse w/ berry layers, cranberry vodka jelly shots, and a fruity punch. Cost for this class is $45.00 Classes are casual dress, you will be provided two glasses of wine with you meal along with other beverages. Come hungry and expecting to have a royal time!

Kid’s Only Baking Class

Tuesday, July 10th  1:00 – 3:00

Who doesn’t like something that is sweet, homemade, and baked with love? You child will learn the basics of baking in this hands-on class. We will be making Funfetti Dump Cake, Strawberry Shortcake Lasagna, and Heavenly Chocolate Chunk Cookies. $30/child

Preserving Jams & Jellies Class

Thursday, July 12th  6:00 – 8:00

Learn to capture the brilliant colors and intense flavors of the harvest under Chef Teryi’s tutelage. She will guide you through the process necessary to prepare, sanitize and preserve. You may even pick up a tip or two for creating your own style or flavor combination. From sweet to sour to savory(ish) hid away your own Summertime in a jar! Whether you plan to hoard it away for yourself or give as a gift from the heart of your own kitchen, everyone loves to see a jar of homemade goodness sitting out in the kitchen! Cost for this class is $45/person. Two glasses of wine will be included along with other beverages. Our classes are informal, come expecting to have lots of fun and learn something new!

Teen’s Only Cookie Decorating Class

Tuesday, July 17th  1:00 – 3:00

In this hands on class you will learn the art of decorating cookies. The Chef will teach you how to prepare the icing and give you several decorating tips and techniques. Each participant will have 6 cookies, 3 different designs, which will give you one practice cookie and one “masterpiece cookie” per design. Cost $40.00 per person Ages 12 – 17

Sushi Cooking Class

Thursday, July 19th  6:00 – 8:00

Description:In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. Two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. Two glasses of wine will be provided along with other beverages. Classes are informal, dress casual, and be prepared to have a fun night out. $45/person

African Cuisine Cooking Class

Monday, July 23rd  6:00 – 8:00

Chef Tiffany will share with us her love for the African cuisine! In this hands on class you will learn how to create delicious African meals at home for your family. Menu for the evening will consist of African Seasoned Chicken Tray Bake, Jollof Rice, and After Chop Fruit Salad. Classes are informal. Come hungry and come expecting a great time. Cooking w/ Le Creuset Cooking Class

Tuesday, July 24th  6:00 – 8:00

This class will teach you how to cook with your new Le Creuset dutch oven. Chef Cynthia will share some delicious recipes all cooked with Le Creuset products. Our Le Creuset representative will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Class is free with any Le Creuset cast iron product purchased between May 22nd and July 22nd. Regional Tuscan Cuisine Cooking Class

In this hands-on class Chef Sandra will take us to the Tuscan region of Italy where you will recreate some of Tuscany’s finest cuisine. Menu for the evening to include Gnocchi Ignudi w/ tomato sauce, Sage stuffed chicken rollantini w/ mushrooms in amaretto sauce, and to complete the meal Poached pears w/ mascarpone honey cream. Teen’s Only Cooking Class

Monday, August 6th  10:00AM – 12:00Noon

Description:Chef Mary Katherine will be in the kitchen teaching your teens how to fend for themselves! You teen will learn the basics of cooking as Chef makes it less of a chore but more of an experience. Menu to include baked spaghetti pie, cheesy bread, fruit salad, and ice cream parfait for dessert! Class appropriate for ages 12 – 16. Cost is $35.00 person

Summer Salads Cooking Class

Description:In this hands on class you will create 4 different salads that are not only a refreshing Summer treat but also healthy. You will work along side of Chef Tiffany while she shares with us many tips and benefits of eating healthy while enjoying the beautiful colors your Summer salads create. Southernized & Countryfied Cooking Class

Monday, August 13th  6 – 8 PM

Chef Gee is back with his version of “Southernized & Countryfied” cooking. Chef will share with us his talent in the kitchen by creating a menu that would take the most sophisticated person and have them turning down caviar for his mouth watering mac and chez bites! Along with that he will show us how to create delicious shrimp and grits and grilled pound cake with Summer berry compote. Classes are hands-on and a full meal will be served. Two glasses of wine included. Cost is $45/person

Crepes for Everyone Cooking Class

Tuesday, August 14th  6 – 8 PM

Description: In this hands-on class you will learn how to prepare those sweet and savory European delights, crepes. Crepes are home- made paper thin wraps with wholesome ingredients and the flexibility of healthy, delicious fillings. We will be making both sweet and savory crepes. Ingredients will be available for those who are vegan, vegetarian, milk intolerance, and wheat intolerance. Join Chef Alicia as you learn to master the art of crepe making. Kids Only “Aloha” Summer Cooking Class

Thursday, August 16th  11 AM – 1 PM

Description:Aloha Summer! Let’s end the Summer vacation with a Hawaiian twist! Join Julie in the kitchen as we cook up a Hawaiian theme meal. Menu to include Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken skewers w/ Island Risotto, and tropical parfait cups. Cost $30/child Class appropriate for ages 7 – 12

Cup Cake Decorating Cooking Class

Thursday, August 23rd  6 – 8 PM

Description: Chef Dana will be with us again with all her beautiful talent! In this hands-on class you will learn the art of cupcake decorating. We will decorate 6 cupcakes with 6 different designs. These designs will be easy for beginners and will be for the upcoming Holidays. We will also teach you how to make buttercream so that you will be able to put your new talent to great use for all those Holiday parties! Class is $45/person.

New Orleans Style Cooking Class

Thursday, August 30th  6 – 8 PM

Close your eyes and head to the French Quarter with us! Low Country meets New Orleans in this hands on class taught by Chef Gee of the Blues Boulevard in Greenville. Menu for the evening will be Nawlins Shrimp Tacos, Jambalaya Risotto, and Macerated Berries and Cream . Classes are informal, dress casual, and be prepared to have a fun night out. $45/person
