Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

Paella Cooking Class

Chef Alba Sunyer is well known for her Mediterranean cooking. Join her as she shares with us the the authentic way of creating Mixed Paella. You’ll be ready to impress your friends when you present this dish at your next dinner party! Summer Salads Cooking Class

Thursday, July 27th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Those hot summer days are just around the corner. Join Chef Tiffany for this hands-on class where you will create 4 different summer salads. We will begin with a cold refreshing cocktail, Strawberry Basil Lemonade. Canning and Preserving 101 Cooking Class

Tuesday, August 1st   6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this hands on class, Chef Teryi will take you through step by step through the basics of canning and preserving those wonderful summer fruits and vegetables. We will be making a batch of chow chow and peach preserves along with vegetable soup and broccoli cornbread. $45/person

Jr Chef’s Southern  Cooking Class

Let your child be in charge of family meal night! In this hands on class your child will create a Southern meal of Caramelized Baked Chicken Legs, Cheesy Mashed Potatoes, Deviled Eggs, Lemonade Pie, and Sweet Tea. $30/child

Farm to Table Cooking Class

In this hands-on class Chef Cynthia will be visiting the Farmers Market and bringing back a large variety of fresh ingredients. She will show you how to take those garden treasures and create fabulous side dishes. Menu to include a large variety of fresh veggies, fruit cobbler, with a “side” of Chicken prepared Chef Cynthia style. $45/person

Cupboard Cooking Class

Tuesday, August 22nd   6:00 – 8:00 PM

No recipes needed for this class! Chef Lonnie will give us tips on how to create a meal with what you have in your cupboard. We have all been at the grocers or Farmers Market and our eye catches that one great, fresh ingredient? In this semi-hands on class you will learn how to take those fresh ingredients and create a gourmet meal from what you have at home. There will be no menu for this class. Chef Lonnie will go to the grocery store before the class, picking up some fresh items and bring them back to the class and will show us how to create a meal with what you have stocked in your cabinets. Full course meal will be served. $45/person

Around the World Vegan Style Cooking Class

New to a Vegan lifestyle or been a Vegan for years looking for a fun evening preparing/ tasting new creative dishes? Come join Chef Cynthia and Brenda Baker from Authentic Health as they provide an educational evening on the do’s and don’ts of living a vegan lifestyle. Caribbean Cooking Class

Tired of redundant meals? Imagine preparing quick, easy and exciting Caribbean meals for family, friends or guests. This class will teach the fundamentals on how to create and blend Caribbean spices that will captivate your palate. Once you’ve discovered the ethnic historical background of Caribbean cuisine, you will learn to appreciate the natives of the West Indies and appreciate authentic creative cooking. Ready, Set, Bake (British Style) Cooking Class

Tuesday, August 29th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this fun, hands-on class, I’ll show you how to bake up everything from high tea favorites to British pub fare. We will walk you through the steps for mixing, baking and assembling a classic Victoria sponge cake. You’ll enjoy getting your hands in as we practice making pastry dough for savory hand pies. Plus, I’ll share secrets for creating perfectly fluffy, tender scones. Discover how simple it can be to recreate traditional British flavors in your own kitchen. $45/person

It’s All Greek To Me Cooking Class

Thursday, September 7th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

Join us in this fun, interactive hands on class while we will explore some of the simpler, delicious Greek dishes that are healthy, quick and easy to prepare. Menu to consist of
Tzatziki dip ( yougurt, cucumber, mint and garlic), grilled chicken and lemon skewers (mini chicken skewers with a lemon thyme marinade), traditional Greek salad, lamb and feta burgers served on a brioche bun, and for the finish Baklava with filo dough, walnuts and local honey a wonderful traditional Greek sweet treat. $45/person

Sushi Cooking Class
