Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just learning your way around the kitchen, we take pride in serving as an educational resource for foodies of all skill levels. We offer a variety of cooking classes for adults and children, wine tastings, appliance education classes and host private events. In addition, our team is happy to answer any foodie questions you may have.

What does it include?

Our hands-on classes typically include a meal, two glasses of wine and recipes, though this varies depending on the may vary depending on the chef and theme theme of the class. Please carefully review course descriptions for notes on any deviations.

What if I have food allergies?

We will make every effort to accommodate dietary allergies. If you have any food sensitivities, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests, but we will discuss all requests with our chefs beforehand.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refund will be issued if if less than 48 hour notice is given.

Pasta Cooking  Class

Tuesday, May 22nd  6:00 – 8:00 PM

This class is for the pasta lover in all of us. Come and see how easy it is to make your own fresh pasta. You’ll never go back to the boxed stuff again! Chef Mary Katherine will help you create a meal of Homemade Ricotta, Stuffed Ravioli, Spaghetti Carbonara, and Fried Ravioli w/ Chocolate Filling . Couples Night Out w/ Coastal Crust Cooking  Class

Saturday, May 26th   6:00 – 8:00 PM

Coastal Crust will be rolling into The Cook’s Station bringing with them everything you need to become a first class “food truck foodie”. Their unique style, featuring their beautifully restored 1950’s classic trucks that come complete with a handcrafted wood fired Valoriani pizza oven, has been the hot trend all over the Carolinas. With Chef Matt’s assistance you will hands-on learn the art of creating delicious wood fire pizza along with a delicious white chocolate/cherry focaccia. A large selection of local ingredients along with several sauces will be available for your choosing. Craft soda and wine will be served. Invite your friends, or come make new ones, while enjoying a great evening out under the stars. What will your creation include? Figs, sweet potato, fresh mozzarella, fire roasted sweet corn? Topped with pesto, red sauce, truffle oil? The list goes on……. $125/couple

Italian Meatball and Sauce Cooking Class

Tuesday, May 29th  6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this hands on class, Chef Tony Trapasso will be sharing recipes passed down in this family from generation to generation for Italian meatball, sauce and cheese bread. We will finish the evening off with chocolate chip Canoli’s. Two glasses of wine and other beverages are provided. Classes are informal, dress comfortable, and be prepared for a great night out. Chinese Authentic Stir Fry Cooking Class

Thursday, May 31st  6:00 – 8:00 PM

In this hands on class you will learn the basics of authentic Chinese stir fry. You will work with Chef Me Li creating a menu of Jiangxi Farmer Style Cauliflower with Bacon, Wuhan Tahini Noodles, Di San Xian (Three Earth Flavors). Not only will you experience this authentic Chinese stir fry, but Chef Mei will share stories and the Chinese culture with us. Crepes Cooking Class

Asian Fushion Cooking Class

We are so excited to offer you this Asian Fushion class with Chef Yama. Chef Yama has been doing our Sushi classes for many years, and will now be teaching us the art of Asian cooking. In this hands on class you will prepare a meal of Crab Avocado Salad w/ Asian Sesame Dressing, Ginger Chicken w/ Bok Choy & Mushroom Stir Fry, and Strawberry Parfait for dessert. Vegan Around the World Cooking Class

Sunday, June 10th  5:00 – 7:00 PM

Vegan Instructor Lauren Vaught from Edible Musings will be at The Cook’s Station for this “Around the World” Vegan meal. Join her for a fun, interactive, hands-on time as you prepare a meal from around the World. We will begin in Italy with our appetizer of massaged kale bruschetta, then on to the Asian Continent for lettuce cups, traveling further to the Mediterranean for our main course, Moussaka My Way. We will end our travels back in Paradise with a sweet potato chocolate cake and ice cream.Two glasses of wine will be provided along with other beverages. Spanish Tapas Cooking Class

Sushi Making Class

Thursday, June 21st  6:00 – 7:30

Description:In this hands-on class Chef Yama will teach you the basics of sushi making. You will make 3 rolls and will learn the difference in authentic Japanese sushi verses traditional American sushi. Two varieties of Saki along with other beverages will be provided. New Orleans Style Cooking Class

Close your eyes and head to the French Quarter with us! Low Country meets New Orleans in this hands on class taught by Chef Gee of the Blues Boulevard in Greenville. Grilling the “perfect” Steak Grilling Class

Grilling season is in full swing! It’s the time of year where our pastime is spent in the backyard. Chef Lonnie will be here with tips on grilling the perfect steak. The Great British Summer Garden Party Cooking Class

Monday, July 9th  6:00 – 8:00

Picture yourself at a country side garden party in England. In this hands on class Chef Kate will show us some of the most popular menu selections you may be served at one of these events. You will hands on help to prepare a wonderful menu of petite sandwiches, raspberry mille feuille, lemon mascapone mouse w/ berry layers, cranberry vodka jelly shots, and a fruity punch. Preserving Jams & Jellies Class

Learn to capture the brilliant colors and intense flavors of the harvest under Chef Teryi’s tutelage. She will guide you through the process necessary to prepare, sanitize and preserve. You may even pick up a tip or two for creating your own style or flavor combination. From sweet to sour to savory(ish) hid away your own Summertime in a jar! Whether you plan to hoard it away for yourself or give as a gift from the heart of your own kitchen, everyone loves to see a jar of homemade goodness sitting out in the kitchen! Teen’s Only Cookie Decorating Class

In this hands on class you will learn the art of decorating cookies. The Chef will teach you how to prepare the icing and give you several decorating tips and techniques. African Cuisine Cooking Class

Chef Tiffany will share with us her love for the African cuisine! In this hands on class you will learn how to create delicious African meals at home for your family. Cooking w/ Le Creuset Cooking Class

Tuesday, July 24th  6:00 – 8:00

This class will teach you how to cook with your new Le Creuset dutch oven. Chef Cynthia will share some delicious recipes all cooked with Le Creuset products. Our Le Creuset representative will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Class is free with any Le Creuset cast iron product purchased between May 22nd and July 22nd.
